Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Services
Diamond Internet provides website design, development, AI assistant integration, SEO, analytics, and related digital services to clients on a monthly subscription basis. The specific services included in each plan are as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to update or improve our services at any time. We will not materially reduce the core services included in your plan without notice.
2. Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are as listed on our website and are quoted in GBP (£). All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services after reasonable notice.
There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time and your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep your contact and billing details up to date.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, or materials you provide to us for use on your website do not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright and trademark.
You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment of all amounts due, you own the content and design of the website we build for you. You do not own the underlying tools, software, and platforms we use to deliver the service (including Phona, Autopilot SEO, and our analytics stack).
Diamond Internet retains the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
5. Uptime and availability
We aim to keep your website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and events beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diamond Internet's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time by giving written notice. On termination, we will provide you with an export of your website files on request within 30 days.
We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of any material changes by email. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
