    Diamond Internet designed and built the marketing website for Lila AI, a pay-as-you-go language learning app powered by conversational AI. The site needed to feel warm and approachable — the opposite of typical edtech — while clearly communicating a genuinely different model: talk to a real AI tutor, pay only for what you use.

    AI Language Learning App Website — How We Built It

    The design challenge was making a genuinely different product legible at a glance. Pay-as-you-go pricing sounds unfamiliar in a market dominated by monthly subscriptions, so the site had to reassure cautious learners that they'd never be charged for lessons they didn't take — while making the live tutor experience tangible without a long explainer video. Warm purple and coral gradients, conversational copy and a direct call to 'have your first lesson' replaced the usual edtech formality.

    Because Lila AI is a Progressive Web App as well as a marketing site, the build also included PWA install prompts and app-store-style screenshots for users arriving from social links. The founders' private /stats dashboard tracks sign-ups, lesson counts and traffic sources — giving the team the data they need to iterate without paying for a separate analytics platform. Autopilot SEO monitors keyword performance month by month.
