AI Voice & Chat Assistant Platform — How We Built It
Phona.app needed to demonstrate four different deployment surfaces — website widget, standalone page, QR code and phone line — without making the product feel complicated. The site leads with a live demo: visitors can call a number directly from the homepage and speak to an actual Phona assistant before reading a single word of copy. Indigo-to-cyan gradients and voice-waveform motifs give the brand a technical edge that still reads clearly to non-technical buyers.
The platform is built and maintained by Diamond Internet, which means the Phona team get the same private /stats dashboard, Autopilot SEO tracking and monthly reporting as every Diamond Internet client. All hosting, maintenance and feature updates are handled in-house — no third-party infrastructure costs passed on to the clients who use Phona as part of their Diamond Internet website subscription.
